Comments:

2. applications will not be accepted without the file documentation:
- commercial proposals
- completed proposals maps
- completed calculating contract price (perhaps suggest another RZA)
- graphics performance.

3. The criteria for choosing the best offer: that you have the necessary rights to conduct construction activities, quality, schedule, cost, terms of payment, the existence of the implemented work experience in industrial enterprises, availability of qualified staff with the tolerance on the work in the working electrical installations in accordance with the requirements of regulation POTJeJe, PTEEP, PUE.

4. The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
5. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer

6. Attached is not a public offer Contract, but terms of the contract will be binding for the winning bidder.
