Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The Developer makes an advance payment for the purchase of materials, products, structures reflected in the Working Documentation and necessary for the Contractor to perform the Works under the Agreement within 10 (ten) business days from the date of invoicing. The total amount of paid and outstanding advances at any time during the term of the Agreement shall not exceed 30% of the remainder of the Cost of Works under the Agreement.
Monthly payment for the actually performed and reflected in the Acceptance Act of the performed work in the form No. KS-2 of the scope of work under the Agreement is made by the Developer on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor for payment within 25 (twenty five) working days, calculated from the day after the signing of the Acceptance Act work performed in the form No. KS-2 and Information on the cost of work performed and costs in the form No. KS-3, minus:
- Amounts in the amount of 6% of the value of the work performed - guarantee deductions in accordance with clause 11.1. Of the contract.
- Parts of the amount of issued and not credited advances as of the last date of the reporting period, calculated using the formula: {Amount to be paid} = {Amount of outstanding advance at the end of the reporting period} x {Total cost of work performed in the reporting period} / {Remaining cost of work of the amount specified in clause 2.1. Agreements to be performed as of the start date of the Reporting Period},
subject to the submission by the Contractor of the duly executed: executive documentation, invoices for payment, and other documents listed in clause 7.1 of the Agreement.
