Payment terms:1. The first Advance payment in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) of the contract price will be made within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing the Contract
2. Interim payments are paid by the Customer to the Contractor within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing the Acts of Work performed in the form of KS2, KS3 for the completed stages of work and the provision of an Invoice for payment, as well as the provision of Invoices.
4. After performing the above works in the specified volume, the Contractor provides the Customer for confirmation (approval) A report on the work done with the attachment of supporting documents, an Act of acceptance of the completed works.
Payment is made in the presence of all the above documents signed by the Parties, as well as the provision of an invoice by the Contractor.
5. Interim payments for the work performed are made taking into account the deduction of 30% - for an advance plus 5% - for guarantee payments.
6. The guarantee payment in the amount of 5% of the contractual value is made within 10 (ten) banking days after 1 (one) a year after the completion of the work.
Delivery terms:Mandatory condition: provision of a qualification certificate with documents on the list.

Comments:
The drawings attached to the tender are of a reference nature for the development of project documentation. The scope of work in the TOR is indicative and is based on similar existing foundations at the plant.
