Payment terms:The amount of the advance payment is no more than 30% of the cost of the forthcoming monthly volume of work / services.
Final settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) for lots No. 1, No. 2 upon expiration (15-60 calendar days), after lot No. 3 upon expiration (7-60 calendar days) from the date of signing by both parties of the FRT, or the Certificate of Completion of Works, Services Rendered (Form No. H-A4), subject to the timely submission of the invoice. The term of payment under the agreement is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the Agreement concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days).
Delivery terms:Lot No. 1 From the date of the agreement (no later than 01.12.2020) to 31.12.2020
Lot No. 2 From the date of the agreement (no later than 01.12.2020) to 31.03.2021
Lot No. 3 From the date of the agreement (no later than 30.11.2020) to 07.02.2021
