Payment terms:Deferred payment is 45 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance and transfer certificates, but not earlier than the single payment day. The Buyer's payment day is Thursday (hereinafter referred to as "payment day").
At the same time:
- if the payment day falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the payment is made on the next working payment day;
- if the payment term originally established by the Contract or calculated according to the rules established by the Contract falls on a day that is not a payment day, the payment term is postponed to the next payment day. If it is impossible to fulfill the payment requirement, it is necessary to specify the payment terms, which will then be fixed in the Contract.

c. decision (protocol) on the establishment of the Company;
d. orders on the appointment of the chief accountant, General Director;
e. letter from the statistics on the type of activity (OKPO no.); notification of the possibility of applying the simplified taxation system (if any);
f. extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/USRIP issued no more than 30 calendar days before the date of application submission;
g. the card according to the template in electronic form
h. TIN certificate
i. KP cost of materials and works separately

Comments:
1. All the necessary procedures for the volume are indicated in the corresponding explanatory blocks in the drawings given.
2. Separately, there is a technical specification for the ramp, which refers to general construction and installation works.
3. Please indicate in the KP the estimated deadlines for the completion of the full list of works at the facility.
4. You can visit the object by contacting the chief engineer for contacts inside the TOR or in the "Contacts" section of the corresponding tender application.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Оговорка:Настоящий запрос предложений и документация не являются извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 435-437, 447-449 части 1 ГК РФ, статей 1057-1061 части 2 ГК РФ. Организатор имеет право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками.
Оговорка 2.:Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
