Payment terms:Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion. In case of disagreement, the Participant must indicate the proposed payment terms.

Comments:
Commercial offer must contain the following information:
- full name of the Contractor;
- TIN;
- turnaround time;
- price offer for a set of works, according to this Terms of Reference, with a justification for pricing calculation attached;
- terms of payment;
- warranty obligations.

The quotation must be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) of a document signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization.

Requests for clarification of documentation, selection procedures shall be submitted no later than 2 days before the deadline for submission of applications.

If there are several stages in the procedure, please submit your proposal at each stage of selection. Otherwise the proposals will not be considered.

ISO LLC has the right to refuse participation in the Selection in the following cases:
- commercial offer received after the expiration of the established period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of the Invitation;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who submitted a commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or an insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal.

The selection will be held with the obligatory peretorzhek.
