Comments: The request for proposals is carried out in two stages:
1. The submitted proposal within the framework of the preliminary (technical) stage must contain completed Appendices 2-5 and 7 from the package of documents attached to the procedure, certified by the signature of the supervisor with a seal impression, documents according to Appendix 6 and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.).
2. At the main (commercial) stage it is necessary to place a commercial offer.
