Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Pay attention
1. Provision of Bank guarantee in advance from 10 000 000 rubles (BG from the bank enters the TOP 100 banks, BG on the template of JSC "Thunder", the validity period of BG is equal to the entire period of construction of the object +60 days from the moment of commissioning of the facility or signing of the final COP2 and COP3 on the investment program).
2. The guarantee amount is 5% of the contract price, paid to the general contractor in 1 year after the Certificate of Acceptance of the performed works. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 20 000 000 rubles.
3. The warranty period for work performed is not less than 1 year. Calculated from the moment the object is put into warranty operation
4. The term of work - no more than 150 calendar days, provided that the object is working round the clock, $
without discontinuance of operational activities.$
The procedure and schedule of work should be agreed with the customer.
5. The organization must be a member of SRO and have at least 5 people in the IT
6. The organization should have SRO for the design of the boiler room, the admission SRO heating (Equipment of boiler rooms; directly installation of boiler rooms and additional equipment; maintenance of boiler rooms)
7. Admission of SRO commissioning works (steam boilers; heating water boilers; boiler and auxiliary equipment)
8. Main/profile activity of the organization and experience of work on the device (repair) BMC

The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.
