Comments:
- Place of work: Labytnangi town.
- Description of work performance: see. THE ATTACHMENT.
- Storage of repair materials shall be carried out in places agreed with the Customer.
- Passing a safety briefing at the work site
- Provision of qualified personnel to perform work (certification, admissions, etc. according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation
- Provision of working personnel with the necessary serviceable equipment and tools.
- Compliance with the rules and regulations within the facility.
- Execution and delivery of works on time according to the contract
- Acceptance of work is carried out after the completion of the scope of work, by signing the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed.
- The procedure for requesting proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
