Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:It is preferable to pay 100% on the fact of the services rendered with a deferred payment of 37 kd (we are ready to consider the contractor's proposal).
Delivery terms:On the territory of the Customer Works are carried out in the conditions of the existing production. All questions must be asked through the "Explanations" tab. Comments:
1. The submitted proposal within the first stage must consist of a technical part, certified by the signature of the manager with a stamp. In the technical part, the list and scope of work must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.) The proposal must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic site. If the data in the attached TP and the completed electronic form on the site do not match, the electronic form has priority. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TP will be rejected. If false information is provided, a potential service provider may be removed from participation in the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Agreement, such an agreement may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offerings with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after the selection Winner.

6. Please read the Agreement on the provision of prom. security, which will be a mandatory annex to the contract (the project is attached to the purchase).
