Requirements for the production of CMR:

Minimum requirements for Contractor's machinery and machinery (including the list and quantity for each type of equipment):

Basic requirements for contractor personnel (quantity/qualification/mode of operation):
1. The number of personnel and the composition of teams shall be formed by the Contractor independently, depending on the type of work performed, taking into account the provision of work in accordance with the Schedule (Appendix No. 3 to the TZ).
2. It is obligatory to have permits on occupational health and safety (certification, certificates, permits), it is obligatory to have permission to work at height.
2.1. Welders shall have NACS Level 1 certification (Technical Unit Group - SC). Contractor's TDI shall have NACS Level 2 certification (Technical Unit Group - SC).
2.2. As part of the installation team of the ventilation system must be a tiner with a discharge not lower than the 3rd, for the manufacture of small units and transitions during the installation of the ventilation system.
The presence of a certified TDI Contractor is required.
The work schedule shall be determined by the Contractor's internal Order, taking into account the requirements of the Customer.
Materials provided by the Customer:
1. The customer provides the TMC, according to the list in Appendix №4 to the TZ.
2. TMC shall be handed over to the contractor at AGOC warehouse on demand.
3. Delivery of the TMC from the place of storage (warehouse) to the place of work is the responsibility of the Contractor. The distance from the warehouse to the OF is 1.2 km.
Accommodation, catering, delivery of personnel to the place of the CMR:
Accommodation and meals on the Customer's site, as well as mobilization of personnel from the gathering place to the Customer's site (and back) shall be carried out at the Contractor's expense. The Customer provides assistance in the organization of meals, accommodation and domestic services, as well as the delivery of Contractor personnel along the route of St. Komsomolsk-on-Amur — section of Albazino and back (watch car). To determine the cost of TK work, the Contractor shall use the information on the relevant tariffs given in Appendix 9 to TK, as well as in the "Proposal Map" file (Appendix 3 to the Letter).
These costs should be included in the cost of the work.
Conditions and terms of mobilization of machines and mechanisms provided by the contractor.
1. Mobilization of equipment (mechanized crew organization) must be carried out before the start of work on the site;
2. Contractor independently and at his own expense provides timely refueling of fuel equipment.
In order to provide the equipment used in the production process with fuel, the Contractor shall enter into a Contract with Polymetal DV LLC (the contractor responsible for the supply and delivery of refueling equipment with fuel at the site of the Albazinsky GOK). The current fuel rates are indicated in the TK.
Requirements to the availability of licensing documentation of the contractor:
