Порядок сдачи и приемки результатов работ, порядок и формы отчетности исполнителя услуг перед Заказчиком:
1. Сдача-приёмка работ производится в соответствии с требованиями СП 68.13330.2017 Свод правил «Приёмка в эксплуатацию законченных строительством объектов. Основные положения»
2. Приёмка работ производится поэтапно, на ежемесячной основе. Подрядчик, не позднее 25 числа отчётного месяца предоставляет на рассмотрение Заказчику для проверки и подписания Акт о приёмке выполненных работ (форма № КС-2), не позднее, чем за 3 (три) рабочих дня до окончания отчётного месяца Справку о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (форма № КС-3) и счёт-фактуру установленного в РФ образца.
3. Подрядчик обязан передать Заказчику исполнительную документацию, оформленную в соответствии с требованиями РД-11-02-2006. 4. По завершению приемки всего объема работ по каждому объекту, стороны подписывают Акты приемки законченного строительством объекта ( КС-14)
