Comments: Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the following construction and installation works: earthworks, installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete foundations, fabrication and installation of metal structures, anti-corrosion protection, installation of enclosing structures, general construction finishing works, electrical work at the facilities VGK "and" Assay and analytical laboratory. Modernization "of Albazinsky GOK in accordance with the terms of reference (hereinafter referred to as TOR) and initial data.
Place of provision of services:
Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko district, in the Amgun - Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Ernesty spring in its upper reaches, Albazino mining and processing plant (Coordinates of the Albazino area Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´, Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´ ).
Terms of work production:
1. Start date of work: 10/25/2020;
2. Completion date: 01/30/2021.
Immediately before arriving at the Customer's site, the Contractor is quarantined for 14 days at a place determined by the Customer. The collection point for quarantine is being specified before mobilization.
For the period of quarantine, meals and accommodation of the Contractor's employees are at the expense of the Customer.
Before entering quarantine, it is mandatory to provide an opinion of the medical commission for each employee.
Scope and scope of work:
1. The scope of work is given in the Initial data - Appendix No. 1 to the TOR. The Contractor needs to carry out the work stipulated by the Initial Data. In the Act TR No. 696, VOR No. 372 - pay attention to the instructions on those responsible for the work. TOR takes into account the work related to the responsibility of the Contractor;
2. When performing work, in the event of additional work or scope of work, an Supplementary Agreement to the contract will be concluded with the Contractor upon agreement by the parties, taking into account all changes:
2.1. In the event of additional work (work, the prices for which are NOT given in Appendix No. 1 to the basic contract, section I), a DC is concluded with the Contractor, while the prices for additional work are determined through direct negotiations;
2.2. At the marketing stage, participants must indicate a% discount on all additional volumes of work that arise in excess of the main volume specified in the contract (Appendix No. 1 to the basic contract, section I). A DS is concluded with the Contractor for the performance of additional volumes of work at the prices of the contract, taking into account a% fixed discount.
Requirements for the production of construction and installation works:
Set out in clause 1.9 of the TK.
The minimum required requirements for the Contractor's machines and mechanisms (indicating the list and quantity for each type of equipment):
1. Truck crane with a lifting capacity of at least 10 tons - 1 unit;
2. Manual rammer - 1 unit;
3. Excavator, bucket volume not less than 0.3 m3 - 1 unit;
4. Welding machine - 1 unit;
5. Freight vehicles for transportation of goods and materials from the place of storage to the place of work - 1 unit;
6. Equipment for the organization of autonomous lighting and power supply (mobile diesel power plant) at the place of work, providing standards for the work;
7. Auxiliary equipment and hand tools for work; 8. The contractor monitors the condition of his equipment and machinery, maintains it in good condition, pays for service, maintains the amount of consumables;
9. Manual and auxiliary tools (perforator, angle grinder, tools and devices for painting works, including scaffolds, inventory scaffolding, ladders, extension cords, etc.) - the number is determined by the composition of the team. All employees must be provided with the necessary tools.
The customer does not provide equipment, mechanisms, machinery, fuels and lubricants necessary for the production of work.
Basic requirements for the Contractor's personnel (number / qualifications / working hours):

Requirements for the availability of permits for the Contractor:
In accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation - the provision of an extract from the Register of SRO-S members is mandatory (the facilities are NOT a HIF). Date of discharge not earlier than 01.06.2020.
Materials provided by the Customer:
Set out in clause 2.4 of the TK (basic materials are provided by the Customer).
Materials provided by the Contractor and the minimum required material requirements for the Contractor:
Set out in clauses 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 of the TK.
Accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel to the construction site:
Set out in clauses 3.2, 3.2 of the TK.
Occupational health and safety requirements:
Set out in clause 4.2 of the TK and are mandatory.

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
