Comments: "Resources Albazino" LLC invites you to participate in the competition for the execution of the following construction and installation works: electrical works, installation of cable structures, installation of grounding, $ commissioning works at the facilities of the Ekaterina-2 mine of "Albasinskoye GOK" in accordance with the technical specifications (hereinafter referred to as TK) and the initial data.
Place of service:
Khabarovsk Krai, district named after Polina Osipenko, in the Amgun - Somnya, on the right bank of the key Mistochny in its upper reaches, the Albanian mining and processing plant (Coordinates of Uch.Albazino Latitude 52° 51' 17.7", Longitude 137° 53' 2.6").
Timeline of production of works:
1. Start date: 17.10.2020;
2. Completion date: 30.12.2020.
Requirements for the availability of Contractor's permit documentation:
In accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code, the provision of an extract from the Register of members of the CRO-C with the admission of work on the GCO is mandatory (the object is a GCO). The discharge date is not earlier than 01.06.2020.
The customer does not provide equipment, mechanisms, machinery, fuel, necessary for the production of works.
Materials provided by the Customer:
The set out in p 2.1, 2.2 TK.
Materials provided by Contractor and minimum requirements for Contractor materials:
The set out in p 2.4 TK.
Composition and volume of works, requirements for SMR production:
The set out in p 1.8, 1.9 TK.
Immediately before entering the Customer's facility, the Contractor is quarantined for 14 days in the place determined by the Customer. The collection point for quarantine is specified before mobilization. During the quarantine period, food and accommodation of Contractor employees is carried out at the expense of the Customer.
Requirements for OT and BOP:
The set out in p 4.2 TK and are mandatory.

- commercial offer on the official form of the participant signed by the authorized person indicating information on the agreement of the basic draft contract of the Contract without disagreement or granting the relevant protocol of disagreements; $

- completed calculation of the contract price (Ap. No. 2 to the TK);
- the completed questionnaire of the counterparty (Apr. No. 4 to the letter) and the reference sheet;
- scan copies of the permissive documentation required for the performance of the work;
- scan-copies of documents confirming the availability of necessary equipment, equipment;
- statute (in the last version with all amendments and additions);
- Certificate of State Registration (assignment of OGRN);
- Certificate of placing on tax accounting;
- decision of the authorized body of management of a legal entity on the appointment of an executive body;
- if necessary — power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- letter of the Federal State Statistics Service on assignment of codes;

- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Admission No. 5 to the letter).
