Comments: LLC "Resources of Albazino" invites to participate in the competition for the execution of the following construction and installation works: earthworks, installation of precast concrete foundations, manufacture monolithic foundations for supports, manufacture and installation of metal structures of supports, execution of concrete works, corrosion protection, installation of pipelines and ventilation equipment, thermal insulation works, commissioning works at the facilities of the "Ekaterina-2" mine "Albanskoye GOK" in accordance with the technical specification (hereinafter referred to as TK) and the original data.
Place of service:
Khabarovsk Krai, district named after Polina Osipenko, in the middle of Amgun - Somnia, on the right bank of the key Erroneous in its upper reaches, Albanian Mining and Processing Plant (Coordinates of Uch.Albazino Shyrota 52° 51' 17.7", Longitude 137° 53' 2.6").
Timeline of the work:
1. Start date: 05.10.2020;
2. End date: 20.12.2020.
Immediately prior to arrival at the Customer's facility, the Contractor is quarantined within 14 days in a place determined by the Customer. The collection point for passing the quarantine is specified before mobilization. For the period of quarantine, meals and accommodation of Contractor's employees are carried out at the expense of the Customer.

Requirements for the presence of the Contractor's permissive documentation:
In accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the provision of an extract from the Register of Members of the SR-C is mandatory (objects are NOT GPO). Extract date not earlier than 01.06.2020.
Materials provided by the Customer:
Set out in p 2.4 TK.
Materials provided by the Contractor and minimum required requirements for Contractor materials:
Set out in n 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 TK.
Accommodation, meals, personnel delivery to the place of the SMR:
1. Accommodation, meals of staff on the site - are made at the expense of the Contractor;
2. For catering and household services at the Customer's site, the Contractor needs to conclude an agreement with Arctic Catering Service LLC (LLC "AKS") - the company providing data services on the Customer's site. The form of the contract with LLC "AKS" is given in Appendix 9 to TK;
3. The contract with LLC "AKS" is concluded after approval of the results of the procurement procedure/notification of the participant of the contest about victory, conclusion of the contract between LLC "Resources Albazino" and Contractor or receipt by Contractor of a Letter of Warranty from the Customer on the beginning of the work and before mobilization of the Contractor on the Customer's site;
4. When submitting a commercial offer, the contestant separately specifies the amount of expenses for household service and food. These expenses shall be compensated by the Customer in the amount of actual expenses incurred and documented by the Contractor, but in any case not more than the amount specified in the calculation. (in accordance with the terms of Annex 2 to TK); $
5. Contractor independently and at his own expense provides his personnel with vehicles for movement in the territory of the Customer's enterprise;
6. Conditions of residence of Contractor personnel on the Albazino site are given in Annex 11 of the TK;
When submitting the KP for the performance of work, according to this TK, the contractor expresses its consent to these conditions of residence.
For the period of two weeks quarantine, meals and accommodation of the Contractor's employees will be carried out at the expense of the Customer.
