Comments: LLC Resursy Albazino invites you to take part in the tender for the following construction and installation works: earthworks, installation of precast concrete foundations, production of monolithic foundations for supports, production and installation of metal structures of supports, performance of concrete work, anti-corrosion protection, installation of pipelines and ventilation equipment , thermal insulation works, commissioning works at the facilities of the Ekaterina-2 mine of Albazinsky GOK in accordance with the terms of reference (hereinafter referred to as TOR) and initial data.
Place of provision of services:
Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko district, in the Amgun - Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Ernesty spring in its upper reaches, Albazino mining and processing plant (Coordinates of the Albazino area Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´, Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´ ).
Terms of work production:
1. Start date of work: 03/01/2021;
2. Completion date: 01.06.2021.
Immediately before arriving at the Customer's facility, the Contractor is quarantined for 14 days at a place determined by the Customer. The collection point for quarantine is being specified before mobilization. For the period of quarantine, meals and accommodation of the Contractor's employees are at the expense of the Customer.

Requirements for the availability of permits for the Contractor:
In accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the provision of an extract from the Register of SRO-S members is mandatory (the facilities are NOT an OPO) Date of discharge not earlier than 01.12.2020.
Materials provided by the Customer:
Set out in clause 2.4 of the TK.
Materials provided by the Contractor and the minimum required material requirements for the Contractor:
Set out in clauses 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 of the TK.
Accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel to the construction site:
1. Accommodation, meals for personnel on the site - are provided by the Contractor;
2. To organize catering and consumer services at the Customer's site, the Contractor must conclude an agreement with Arctic Catering Service LLC (AKS LLC) - a company that provides these services at the Customer's site. The form of the contract with LLC AKS is given in Appendix 9 to the TK;
3. The contract with AKS LLC is concluded after the approval of the results of the procurement procedure / notification of the bidder about the victory, the conclusion of an agreement between Albazino Resources LLC and the Contractor, or the Contractor receives a Letter of Guarantee from the Customer about the start of work and before the Contractor is mobilized to the Customer's site;
4. When submitting a commercial proposal, the bidder separately indicates the amount of expenses for consumer services and food. The indicated expenses are subject to compensation by the Customer in the amount of the expenses actually incurred and documented by the Contractor, but in any case not more than the amount indicated in the calculation. (according to the terms of Appendix 2 to the TK);
5. The Contractor independently and at his own expense provides his personnel with vehicles for movement on the territory of the Customer's enterprise;
6. The living conditions of the Contractor's personnel at the Albazino site are given in Appendix 11 to the TOR;
When submitting a commercial proposal for the performance of work, according to this TOR, the contractor expresses his consent to these living conditions.
For the period of the two-week quarantine, meals and accommodation of the Contractor's employees will be carried out at the expense of the Customer.
Occupational health and safety requirements:
Set out in clause 4.2 of the TK and are mandatory.
