Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

4. It is mandatory to visit the Customer’s site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement (if necessary / possible).
6. Signing the standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6);
7. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronovirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years),
- Employees working on the territory of ChelPipe PJSC must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Chelyabinsk region, or undergo quarantine for two weeks after arriving in the Chelyabinsk region from another region before starting work with the provision of supporting documents (tickets, rental agreements, etc.). ), or present a coronavirus test certificate no older than three days.
- All employees of the contracting organization should be provided with PPE, mask-respirators, daily body temperature monitoring (thermal imagers installed at the checkpoint), as well as disinfecting the hands with an antiseptic, which is located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the enterprise;
- comply with the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, movement on foot, by car);
- observe the "social" distance of 1.5 m when moving around the territory of enterprises.
8. The signing of the CP to the agreement on the provision of personal protective equipment (Appendix 7)
