Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment within 30-60 days from the date of delivery of acts of work performed to COP-2, COP-3. If it is necessary to advance the counterparty, the advance payment must be provided with a bank guarantee for the return of the advance payment. The terms of bank guarantee and the guarantor bank shall be agreed by the parties to the contract. The guarantee must be issued by the guarantor bank from the approved list of banks (Appendix 6).
