3.3. In the commercial offer, specify the warranty period for the SMR;
3.4. In the commercial offer, specify the possibility of providing advance bank guarantee;
3.5. In the commercial offer to notify about readiness to work under the model contract;
3.6. In the commercial offer, notify about the willingness to incur penalties and their amount (standard conditions: 0.1% of the amount under the contract for each day of delay);
3.7. To the commercial offer, attach a detailed schedule of work, including the timing of delivery of equipment according to the design specifications.
