1. When submitting an application, it is required to provide completed annexes to the request, an SRO statement for especially dangerous, technically complex capital construction projects, documentation confirming the qualifications of the Contractor's personnel in accordance with the TOR, as well as copies of constituent documents, a certificate of state registration with the assignment of an OGRN, a certificate of tax registration, financial statements (balance sheet + statement of financial results) for the last reporting year with the mark of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
2. In case of disagreement with the proposed form of the contract, when submitting an application, it is necessary to provide a protocol of disagreements.
