GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Documents to be uploaded:
1) The submitted application for participation shall be accompanied with the Offer with duly executed attachments and shall contain the key information on the supplied products, terms and conditions of delivery.
2) Please read the standard version of the service agreement carefully. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) The offer shall be accompanied with quality certificates or passports (for the products subject to certification or conditioning).
