Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The equipment supply contract will be concluded with Doronichi Agrofirm JSC exclusively in the form of a customer contract. We are ready to consider the forms of a contract for design work and a construction contract in the form of a Supplier.

At the conclusion of the contract, it will be necessary to provide declarations, certificates and other documents confirming the quality of the supplied products.

Please attach KP indicating the validity period of the proposed prices strictly in the form attached to the documentation.

IMPORTANT: deviation from the project is NOT allowed

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
