Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Recommended deferral of payment 10 calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion and invoice. If advance payment is required, the advance payment issued must be provided with a bank guarantee of the advance payment return. The guarantee should be issued by the bank-guarantor from the TOP-20 list of net assets of Russian banks (Appendix No. 5).
Delivery terms:1. Work must be carried out in full in accordance with Appendix No. 1
2. Participants in the trading procedure must fill out and attach the qualification form of the contractor (the form is attached - Appendix 3).
3. Have experience in performing similar work for at least 3 years
4. Provide an extract from the unified register of members of the SRO NOSTROY, confirming the admission of the organization to work at the public educational institution.
5. Warehouse of the raw materials workshop No. 34 (neutralization No. 2) - OPO, hazard class III, reg. No. A54-00005-0012
