Auto-extension

Payment terms:The customer pre-enumerates the advance payment of 30% to the contractor's account. The final payment for the work performed by the contractor shall be made within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on Acceptance of Works (Form № KS-2), certificates on the cost of work performed (Form № KS-3) and report on the use of Materials.
Delivery terms:Construction and installation works are carried out by the contractor's forces on the given raw material. A preliminary visit to the place of work is obligatory.
Start of work within 2 (two) working days from the date of advance.
Completion of works as soon as possible.
