Comments:
The submitted technical and commercial proposal should consist of two parts – technical (Appendix 1,2,3,4) and commercial (Appendix 5), certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. The technical part must specify the list and composition of works and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TAP will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
