Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Дополнительное условия:В случае если Участник подавший заявку на участие в запросе предложений и признан победителем, отказывается подписать Договор, указанный в составе документации к запросу предложений, Участник будет признан недобросовестным. Участник запроса предложений будет внесен в перечень недобросовестных юридических и физических и в случае подачи заявки по другим запросам предложений заявка Участника будет отклонена или не будет рассматриваться.
Форма и сроки коммерческого предложения:Форма коммерческого предложения приложена к документации закупки. Предложения, поданные не по данной форме рассматриваться не будут! Срок действия коммерческого предложения - не менее 7 календарных дней с момента окончания подачи заявок к данной закупке.
