Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 10 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, or the Act of work performed, services rendered (Form no.H-A4), subject to timely submission of the invoice. The winner is selected by bringing prices with different payment terms to the same terms using a financial calculator (Appendix 8. "Financial Documents"). Lots No. 3 and No. 4 are supported by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). If the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner

Договоры с Участниками - победителями тендера будут заключены в соответствии с проектом договора, предоставленным Заказчиком и размещенным в составе тендерной документации.
НЕОБОСНОВАННЫЙ ОТКАЗ!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе
Отсутствия справки ФНС!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры.
В тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков запроса ценовых предложений НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение.
Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения.
Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке «Файлы, загруженные организатором» после подведения итогов.
