in the event chosen contractors, who will confirm readiness to carry out works on modernization of office premises of PJSC «Vympelcom»
at the following address: Omsk, St. k.marksa, 41/40. The costs of accommodation, travel and other expenses in excess of the estimates. All the costs factored into prices for d.b. work.

Based on your answers and other documents PJSC Vimpelcom reserves the right to determine the winners based on:

1) Results matching qualification requirements
2) The results of the assessment of financial stability
3) The results of the evaluation unit corporate security at risk presence/absence of interaction.

Participants should:
1) fill in the application form (Appendix 1) and the statement of compliance requirements (annex 2) and to submit to the electronic (XLS) and signed form (PDF), updated with supporting documents as specified in the qualifications.
2) fill in the form of financial statements (annex 5) and present it in electronic form only (.xls).
3) to reply to a letter about the possibility of moving to EDO (annex # 4)
