1. Requirements set for the time and scope of quality assurance
The quality assurance applies to all structural elements and works performed by the Contractor under the Contract. The guarantee for the performed works is 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing, by the parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the performed works. In case of detection during the warranty period of operation of nede¬statkov, preventing normal operation of the facility, the Contractor is obliged to eliminate them at his own expense, while the warranty period extended for a period of elimination of shortcomings.
2. Procedure of delivery and acceptance of works.
Acceptance of works is carried out on the basis of the act signed by the parties of the commission acceptance of works (closure of the object) and the act on the acceptance of the performed works, with the application of all documents confirming actual fulfillment.
Completely performed works are subject to acceptance.
In case of non-compliance with the results of the Works to the Technical Task, the parties draw up a bilateral act with a list of necessary improvements. Claims for the completion of the work may be submitted by the Customer within 10 days after the receipt of the act of acceptance of the performed works. The contractor is obliged to make the necessary corrections within 10 days without additional charge.
Requirements of compliance with regulatory documents (licenses, tolerances, permits, approvals):
The contractor (Subcontractor) must be a member of the SRO (in the case of the types of work requiring such membership).
