- Uploading a scan of the Checklist for the procurement procedure, KP on the letterhead of your organization (signed and stamped)
- Participants who do not attach the TAP are not accepted for consideration.
The validity period of the TCH is not less than 45 calendar days!
Commercial proposals drawn up on the organization's letterhead, signed and stamped, are accepted for consideration.
1. KP upload to the contest in two formats: 1. PDF with stamp and contractor contacts.
2. Excel. It is mandatory to fill in the application form to the TCH (see tender documentation).
Mandatory conditions when submitting a TCH are the cost, delivery time, terms and basis of delivery, payment terms, specify the manufacturer for each proposed nomenclature.

- Required payment terms: 100% post-payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods and materials.
A mandatory condition for all bidders is agreement with our corporate requirements on the form of the contract
NEW SUPPLIERS attach a letter of agreement with our corporate requirements in the form of the contract.

- Attach a certificate of conformity, quality passport.

This request for proposals does not constitute an auction or public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer in excess of those listed in the terms of the competition.
It is mandatory to indicate the name of the offered products and technical parameters/characteristics/manufacturer, including when submitting analogues.
