Payment terms:1. 100% postpay upon receipt of INVENTORY at the warehouse of the buyer 2. 25% advance payment, 75% upon receipt of INVENTORY at the warehouse of the buyer
Delivery terms:price delivery to the warehouse of the buyer. (in this case, specify delivery method). Availability of passport quality or other document certifying the quality of the goods in the warehouse. The delivered merchandise must be new, not remanufactured. The goods must be marked. When shipping the goods to the buyer with the notification provision of copies: invoices, Torg-12 and documents confirming shipment of goods through the carrier.
