Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the form of the buyer's contract.
2) It is necessary to attach the Commercial offer in electronic form.
3) When submitting a commercial proposal, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer of the product, availability, production time, delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), dispatch point;
4) Products must be new, not used;
5) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming
quality;
6) Before shipment, you must fill out the packing list (see example of filling in the purchase
documentation), stick the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
In the proposed commercial proposals, indicate:
1) Separate cost for goods and separately cost for delivery;
2) Conformity certificates;
3) Manufacturer links;
4) Terms of payment;
5) Estimated delivery time;
6) The attitude of the supplier to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) A guarantee.
8) Full compliance with the name of goods and materials in commercial offers (hereinafter in the shipping documents) requested in the purchase.
9) The requirement to observe the temperature regime when transporting cargo in the Far North

The design of the package (shipping container) must provide the ability to transport goods by any mechanical device, including a forklift, cranes, trolleys or manual manipulation, depending on the dimensions and weight of the cargo (goods). The design of the package should be made in such a way as not to impede free access to the contents of the package.
Rolled metal (pipes, fittings, corners, sheets, etc.) must be reliably tied (with wire, wire rod or metal tape) into bundles (packages). A bundle of packages must withstand the weight of the load in a bundle during loading and unloading operations and exclude the loss of rolled metal from the bundle.
Each package must have a UL (or a factory label from the manufacturer).
Also, to prevent shortage of goods and materials during delivery, UL with complete data (weight, number of pieces in 1 place) - on the list of goods and materials that cannot be visually calculated in the cut (pipe, channel, etc.).
