Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the competition means agreeing to the form of the buyer's contract.
2) It is necessary to attach the Commercial Offer electronically.
3) When displaying the CP, it is necessary to specify the manufacturer of products, availability, production time, delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, dimensions of the cargo (mass, volume, number of containers), point of dispatch;
4) Products should be new, not used;
5) Products must be attached certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming
quality;
6) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement
documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of documents to the customer by e-mail.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
In the proposed CP specify:
1) Separately the cost for the goods and separately the cost for delivery;
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) Links to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery time;
6) Ratio of the supplier to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Guarantee.
8) Full compliance with the name of the TMC in commercial offers (hereinafter in shipping documents) requested in the purchase.
9) Requirement to observe the temperature regime when transporting cargo in the Far North

The package design (transport packagings) shall enable the transport of goods by any mechanical device, including a forklift, cranes, carts or manual manipulation, Depending on the size and weight of the cargo (goods). The packaging shall be designed in such a way as not to prevent free access to the contents of the cargo area.
Metal rolling (pipes, fittings, corners, sheets, etc.) must be securely tied (wire, wire, wire rod or metal tape) into bundles (packages). The bundle of cargo places must withstand the weight of the cargo in a pack during the production of loading and unloading and exclude the loss of metal rolled from the bundle.
Each package must have a UL (or factory tag from the manufacturer).
Also, to prevent the lack of TMC during delivery, UL with full data (weight, number of pieces in 1 place) - on the list of TMC, which can not be visually calculated in the cut (pipe, channel, etc.).
