Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Deferral of payment 60 days from the date of delivery and submission of the originals of reporting documents (s-f, bargaining12, TTN) and copies of quality certificates.
Delivery terms:Products are shipped for the entire period of the offer, according to applications. The cost of the material is fixed until the end of 2021 per unit of production. THE STATED MATERIAL MUST BE TERRITORALLY IN THE CITY OF PERM WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED. Address of the place of delivery of goods, work or provision of services: Perm (pickup is possible within the city of Perm). Delivery time within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the application.
All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the price of the product.
The products must be new.

Comments:
Delivery of materials from March to December 2021. During the procurement process, the volumes can be adjusted.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
