We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

The winner of the Lot is obliged within 3 calendar days to familiarize and send to the initiator the signed Model Agreement of JSC "TZRK", which is attached to the mailing documentation.

The participant of the purchase must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person and on the letter. quality passport and certificate of conformity for the goods. The contract of the official dealer. The price offer filed through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
When applying for participation in the request for proposals, it is necessary to attach a signed copy of the questionnaire and constituent documents (the list is supported by documentation)
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Внимание::1. Формат направляемого коммерческого предложения должен соответствовать приложенному формату.
2. Стоимость должна быть рассчитана до указанных базисов в форме КП.
3. Необходимо направить два КП - одно подписанное уполномоченным представителем, второе в формате Excel.
4. Участники запроса, которые не подкрепят документацию согласно перечня прикрепленному к документации, Ваши предложения не будут рассматриваться.
5. Срок действия ТКП не менее одного месяца.
