Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within no later than 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and the provision of an invoice
Delivery terms:The procurement organizer has the right not to consider the technical and commercial proposals of the participants:
- when providing an incomplete set of documents and/or filling out the TCH form by less than 50% and/or specifying false information in the procurement documentation;
- when sending the TCP after the end of the deadline for its submission;
- having unfulfilled obligations under previously concluded contracts with Polymetal Holding companies.
To participate in the procurement procedure, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the procurement documentation and send the following information:
1)Technical and commercial proposal completed in the form Appendix 2.2 - Supplier's commercial offer form (7589608 v1)
2)4. Copies of documents in accordance with Appendix 4.
3) Consent to the processing of personal data

Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the procedure means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
2) It is necessary to attach a commercial offer IN the FORM of an attachment with the following conditions:
-SPECIFY TWO COST ITEMS (the cost on the terms of pickup and the cost with delivery)!!!!
-specify the manufacturer of the products;
-availability, production time,
-delivery time to the supplier's warehouse;
-dimensions of the cargo (approximately)
- the point of departure;
- payment terms;
-attitude to the supplied goods (manufacturer, dealer, free seller)
-WARRANTY (specific period without reference to the manufacturer)
-The cost of the Goods must take into account the packaging according to GOST for the regions of the far North
3) The products must be new, not used;
4) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality must be attached to the products

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
