Auto-extension

settlement after acceptance of all work in full
Delivery terms:the deadline is not more than 45 calendar days from the date of advance payment (tentatively: October November)

Comments:
The application must be loaded with a commercial offer (KP), including:
1. KP validity period
2. the deadline for the work that does not worsen the conditions determined by the organizer of the procedure
3. payment terms that do not worsen the conditions defined by the organizer of the procedure
4. warranty period
5. calculation of the cost (estimate) of all work provided for by the technical documentation, including work not expressly provided for, but necessary to carry out such work on the construction of the extension, as well as:
- a set of works on the demolition of building structures
- a complex of works on the device of openings in the existing detection walls for stained-glass windows,
including all direct costs and overhead, including any taxes, as well as remuneration of the Contractor.

Foundations, incl. their demolition (dismantling), as well as floors are NOT subject to accounting with estimates

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
