- the cost of all work provided for by the design documentation, as well as work not expressly provided for, but necessary to carry out such work on the construction of the extension, including all direct costs and overhead, including any taxes, as well as remuneration of the Contractor.
This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
