Payment terms:The first Advance payment in the amount of 10% of the contract amount will be made within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of signing the Contract and providing an irrevocable bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.

The second Advance payment in the amount of 50% of the contract amount will be made within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of submission of contracts for the supply of engineering equipment and construction materials with the provision of an irrevocable bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.

30% is paid in interim payments and is paid to the Contractor from the moment the Contractor provides the closing documents, pro rata, minus the amount of the advance and warranty deductions.

10% - guarantee deduction

Comments:
1. Construction works related to the construction of a household appliances factory (process pipeline + ventilation and air conditioning according to the terms of reference and technical documentation in the appendix);

2. Based on the attached terms of reference, project documentation and requirements set out in this Bid Notice, it is necessary that the Bidders carry out the work:
- Mobilization of construction equipment and personnel;
- Supply of materials and mechanisms during construction and installation work at the construction site;
- Execution of construction and installation works at the construction site;
- Delivery of the stages of work of the construction object to the state construction supervision authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- Work on the construction site with the fulfillment of all the requirements of OT and TB, PB;
- The Bidder must provide for all necessary expenses related to the performance of these types of work in his commercial offer.

3. The calculation of the commercial offer should include:
- Mobilization of construction equipment and personnel;
- Supply of materials and mechanisms during construction and installation works at the construction site;
- Execution of construction and installation works at the construction site;
- Delivery of the stages of work of the construction object to the state construction supervision authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan;

4. Licensed suppliers are considered who have the necessary and sufficient amount of material and technical resources in strict accordance with the terms of reference;

5. We ask you to ask any questions that arise through the Requests for Clarification tab. If necessary, we are ready to organize an online discussion of technical issues tomorrow 09.02.2024. To do this, we also ask you to leave your request in the "Explanations" section with your contact details;

6. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an agreement may be terminated and the supplier blacklisted with the prevention of similar competitive bidding processes in the future.;

7. As a result of this procedure, we expect to receive a detailed percentage statement of the scope of work (attached to this procedure), the prices in which will be relevant up to the time of contracting. Refusal to contract on the basis of the prices proposed under this procedure will be considered as a case of providing false information (see paragraph 6 above).

8. Proposals under this procedure will be accepted for consideration ONLY IN THE FORM OF a "STATEMENT OF WORK VOLUMES". MAKING CHANGES TO THE FORM IS UNACCEPTABLE! Corrected forms will not be accepted for consideration.

9. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
