Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Payment deferral of 60 days from delivery and provision of the original copies of accounting documents (tax invoice, TORG-12 consignment note) and copies of quality certificates.

Comments: Bidding for the right to enter into an Agreement for the supply of materials in accordance with the procurement items. Bidding is conducted to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price. The selection of materials will take place from OCTOBER 2019 TO DECEMBER 2019, INCLUDED! The monthly purchase price is approximately 50,000 - 100,000 rubles. The list of materials reflected in the lot is for guidance only and serves to fix prices for a unit of production, but is not required for a complete selection of materials for this procurement procedure. With the Supplier who has submitted the most advantageous offer, subject to all delivery conditions, a specification will be signed that fixes the cost per unit of production, but not for the entire volume. Purchase takes place on the Applications on a monthly basis.
Delivery time is 5 days from the date of signing of the Specification in which the required quantity and nomenclature are indicated.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
