Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

The passage of these accreditations and qualification selection is one of the key and controlled conditions for choosing a supplier for METALLOINVEST Group of Companies.
2. The purchase is carried out in 2 stages, the 1st stage is the submission of technical documentation, the 2nd stage is the commercial part. If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TAP will be submitted without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected. It is also necessary to consider the standard form of the contract and, in case of disagreement with the proposed form of the contract, when submitting an application, it is necessary to provide a protocol of disagreement. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
