The tender is held in one stage, in connection with which we ask the participants to immediately submit the final commercial proposal. There will be no rebidding.
Please note that in case of failure to provide a FULL package of documents, the participant's application will not be considered. ALL THE LISTED DOCUMENTS MUST BE ATTACHED WHEN SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION, there will be no additional requests.
