Строительство антенно-мачтовых сооружений (АМС), не требующих разрешение на строительство, в г.Санкт-Петербург. Строительство опор высотой от 30 до 48м с получением ордеров ГАТИ и подключением к электроснабжению.
По результатам запроса предложений будут определены 2 основных подрядчика и 2 резервных. Основные подрядчики получат в работу по 10 объектов. По мере успешного выполнения работ, будут выдаваться дополнительные объекты с перспективным объемом до 50 объектов в год.
В ценовом предложении необходимо указать цену за 10 объектов, соответствующих проекту МП-30, за весь комплекс работ по 1 и 2 этапу. Стоимость работ по одному объекту должна соответствовать файлу "Сроки и стоимость работ", который должен быть обязательно подгружен вместе с ценовым предложением. (Building)Collapse

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.
