3. Objects (technical device).
Industrial four-section direct heating furnace No. 2 (Kastner) has dimensions in terms of 14840X26550mm, height to the top of structures is 2900mm.
Furnace design:
- the base is a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation;
- combined walls: prefabricated reinforced concrete and steel welded.
4. Purpose of the work:
Construction of a four-section direct heating furnace No. 2 (Kastner).
5. List and scope of project sections to be performed:
5.1. Implementation of a full complex of construction and installation work according to the sections of the project, taking into account all the sets included in its composition of projects - * reference and borrowed drawings:
• PCh 13795-SB-Furnace constructions;
• ST (PCh) -13795-KZh Furnace foundation;
• 020-013 / 858-YuU-KZh-Zh / b and metal structures, perceiving the force of the hydraulic cylinders of the 4-section direct heating furnace No. 2 (Kastner).
• AK 035.13795-Control of graphitization parameters;
• VK 010.13795-Cooling of current leads;
• НС 10141- Additional sheet to the insert for BT-2 (perform only the completion of the formwork according to the changes made to the drawing);

5.2. The basis for calculating the cost of work is the scope of work, sections of the project specified in clause 5.1. with the projects included in it and this TK. The contractor independently develops the estimate documentation. The work provided for by the project and this TOR and not reflected in the estimate documentation cannot be considered additional.
If it is necessary to perform additional work that is not provided for in this assignment, the Contractor performs them according to a separate assignment of the Customer with the preparation of an estimate with indices and coefficients used in the estimate for the implementation of the main volume of work provided for in this assignment.
The contractor primarily performs work according to the sections of the project:
• NS 13811 SB-Formwork of BI-2 block-insulator;
• NS 13812 SB-Formwork for the end block BLT-1;
• NS 13842 SB-Formwork of BI-1 block-insulator;
• NS 13843 SB-Formwork of the end block BLT-3 - is being finalized according to the drawing (details are highlighted in dark);
• NS 13854 SB-Formwork of the end block BLT-4;
• НС 10141- Additional sheet to the insert for BT-2 (perform only the completion of the formwork according to the changes made to the drawing);
For the transfer of the formwork to the SHRU and the further manufacture of reinforced concrete products used in the construction of the furnace.
6. Supply of materials and construction equipment for work.
6.1. The work is performed using the material and equipment of the Contractor, with the exception of:
Parts made of graphite, copper plates, hydraulic cylinders, precast reinforced concrete, commercial refractory concrete.
6.2. Construction and lifting equipment, installation equipment, mechanisms for loading work, tools and all consumables for them (oxygen, propane, auxiliary materials), PPE, electric welding, gas-cutting and other equipment necessary for the work is provided by the Contractor.
The overhead crane is provided by the Customer at the request of the Contractor, the operator of the overhead crane is provided by the Contractor.
6.3. Removal of garbage of all categories to landfills for receiving industrial waste is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, upon the preliminary request of the Contractor. The costs for the disposal of garbage of all categories, at landfills for receiving industrial waste, are borne by the Customer.
6.4. Garbage loading is carried out by the forces and mechanisms of the Contractor.
6.5. In case of justified comments to the personnel on the quality of work performed, violation of safety regulations, as well as administrative violations, at the request of the Customer's specialists, the Contractor is obliged to immediately replace these employees.
7. Terms of work: 6 months.
8. Acceptance:
The works on the construction of the furnace are considered to be completed in full after the signing by the "Parties" of the Acts of Acceptance of the Works Completed KS-2; KS-Z and delivery of executive documentation in accordance with clause 12.7.
9. Warranty obligations for the work performed:
- 12 months from the date of completion of the work performed.

12.Requirements to the Contractor
12.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
12.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that the representatives of the Contractor arrive at the Customer.
12.3. The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
12.4. Certification of the head, engineering technician and executors for industrial safety and labor protection at HIFs according to Appendix No. 1.
12.5. Provision of health and safety measures, safe work methods at the facility.
12.6. Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor organization (order for appointment to a position in the contractor organization, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or availability of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
12.7. After the completion of the work, the contractor hands over to the customer the as-built documentation in accordance with RD-11-02-2006 dated 26.12.06. and other regulatory documents.
12.8. Provision of warranty obligations for at least 12 months.
12.9. Employees involved in the performance of work must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the work with a mark in a special certificate of training and passing examinations in certification commissions.
13. Work safety
When performing work, the contractor must comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- labor protection rules during the operation of electrical installations;
- rules for the technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- safety rules for hazardous production facilities where - lifting structures are used;
- electrical installation rules;
- fire safety rules;
- rules for labor protection when working at height POT RM-012-200;
- rules of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other norms in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
For the performance of work, the contractor must undergo an introductory briefing. All work performed on the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC must be carried out in accordance with the regulation "On the use of permit orders in the performance of high-risk work at EPM-NEZ JSC".
Appendix # 1:
The list of documents to be submitted to the health and safety department for registration of orders - permits for work by contractors:
1. A copy of the Certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work.
2. A copy of the OSH briefing from the briefing journal.
3. POR, PPR or RTI (if required).
4. Copy of the protocol of certification of workers for labor protection.
5. Copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PS, in electrical installations, during hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work.
6. Medical clearance of personnel.
7. Copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders - copies of certification protocols for the fire-technical minimum.
8. Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor organization (order for appointment to a position in the contractor organization, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or availability of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services. All employees of the contractor, including managers, are required to undergo an introductory briefing at the OTPB and GO (you must have a document confirming your identity and age). When performing work, all employees must have certified clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment necessary to perform this type of work
9. In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the H&S service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
Note: In case of expiration of any document, the work permit
not issued until a new document is submitted.
