Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment terms in accordance with the requirements of GC Rusagro:
1. Payment on the fact within 30 days from the date of performance of works.
2. If the amount of advance payments exceeds 1 000 000 rubles, the supplier must provide a bank guarantee for the return of advance payments. As a confirmation, we ask you to provide a letter from the bank of the top 10 according to the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the letter of readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the required amount.

Comments:
In order to participate in the procurement procedure, the following documents must be reinforced:
1. The commercial offer on the letterhead of the organization with the following information:
- price per unit (lot) of goods in rubles including VAT;
- terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of GC Rusagro);
- Experience in the market - years, experience with Rusagro-fly;
2. Reference sheet for similar projects.
3. Balance sheet for the last 2 calendar years.
4. In the case of providing a bank guarantee: a letter from the Bank!
5. Provision of additional. documentation according to.
6. Locally estimate calculation.

Without a complete set of the above documents, your proposal will not be considered!
