The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Payment terms:terms of payment according to the requirements of the Rusagro GC:
1. Payment on the fact within 30 days from the moment of performance of works.
2. If the amount of advance payments exceeds 1 000 000 rubles, the supplier must provide a bank guarantee for the return of advance payments. As a confirmation we ask you to provide a letter from the bank top 10 according to the rating of the CBR Letter of readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the required amount.

Comments:
to participate in the purchase procedure, it is necessary to support the following documents:
1. Commercial proposal on the form of the organization with the following information:
- Price per unit (lot) of goods in rubles with VAT;
- Terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro GC);
- Experience of work in the market-years, experience of work with Rusagro-years;
2. Reference sheet on similar projects.
3. Accounting balance for the last 2 calendar years.
4. In the case of providing a bank guarantee: Letter from the Bank!
5. Provision of additional Documentation according to TK.
6. Locally estimated calculation.
7. Extract from the register of SRO members.

Without the complete set of the above documents your offer will not be considered!
