Payment terms:Payment for the 1st stage shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the act on the performance of design and survey work for Phase I and invoicing.
The current payments for the II stage are paid by the Customer in the amount of 95 percent of the cost of the stages of work under the contract specified in the acceptance certificates for works performed in the form of COP-2 and the certificate of the cost of work performed and costs in the form of COP-3, paid within 30 (thirty ) calendar days from the date of signing of acceptance certificates.
The final settlement is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act of commissioning (certificate of acceptance of the acceptance commission completed by the construction of the facility, form No. КС-14).
The payment for the III stage is paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the acceptance certificate of the completed works for the III stage and invoicing
Delivery terms:I stage.
The beginning - not later than 5 calendar days from the date of the contract conclusion.
Term of the end of the first stage of work - no later than 60 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
II stage.
The beginning - no later than 5 calendar days from the date of signing the act on the performance of design and survey work.
Term of completion of construction and installation, commissioning works - no later than 15.03.2019.
Stage III.
The beginning - not later than 5 calendar days from the date of the contract conclusion.
The deadline for completion of works on executive geodetic survey is not later than 13.03.2019.
Term for completion of work under the contract - no later than 03/04/2019.
