Comments: Request for quotations is a competitive procurement procedure that is not a tender (competition or public tender, or auction), its conduct is not governed by Articles 447–449 of Part 1 and Articles 1057–1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which does not impose The customer of the appropriate amount of civil law obligations for the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the request for quotations (prices) or its other participant.
