Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

The tender is held in 2 stages: qualification selection and closed stage.
We pay special attention that in case of failure to provide at the current stage a full package of documents, the application of the participant is not considered. All documents must be attached when applying.
