The building is carried out on monolithic foundations of the grillage type. The frame is predominantly made of precast reinforced concrete, monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs and an epoxy-finished floor slab. Enclosing structures - sandwich panels 150 mm. The roof is ventilated, soft along the profiled sheet with mineral wool insulation and waterproofing with a rubber-bitumen carpet. Window blocks are mainly made of aluminum profiles in an easily removable design.
The scope also includes engineering systems of the building, power supply, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fire protection systems, water supply and sewerage systems.
- Boiler house building: Building area 400 m2. 1-2 floors. Steel frame of the building on monolithic foundations. Enclosing structures - sandwich panels. The roof is soft.
- The general contract includes preparatory work, earthworks, landscaping work on an area of 10,000 m2. Installation of external networks of NVK, fire-fighting water supply. Construction of a pipe bridge / pedestrian gallery.
- start of construction is scheduled for August 2021 with completion in October 2022 |
